These terms govern every purchase and use of najoure.com and NAJOURÉ's social channels. The Arabic version follows the English one.

1. About us and these terms

NAJOURÉ is operated by its co-founders, Omar El Naggar and Amr Ashour, as an unincorporated business in New Cairo, Egypt. By placing an order or using najoure.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order. These terms are in Arabic and English; if they differ, the Arabic version prevails.

2. Products

Our fragrances are inspired-by interpretations of well-known olfactive styles. NAJOURÉ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party brand mentioned or alluded to on our site or channels, and all third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Scent is personal; descriptions of notes are guidance, not a guarantee of how a fragrance wears on your skin. Photos may differ slightly from the product due to screen settings.

3. Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP), including VAT, and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it by message or email. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud or incomplete delivery details, and will refund anything already paid.
• Payment is by cash on delivery or by card through PayTabs. There is no cash-on-delivery fee.
• You will receive an invoice with your order.

4. Delivery

• We deliver within Egypt. Delivery takes 2–3 days in Cairo and Giza and 3–5 days in the other governorates. Fees depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates. Please provide a correct address and a reachable phone number; failed deliveries caused by wrong details may be re-sent at your cost.
• Please check the parcel on receipt and tell us within 48 hours if it is damaged or wrong.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 you may have the right to cancel or return a product.

You may return an unopened, sealed, unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective (see below).

In every case: if a product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you. Refunds go to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders) within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under Egyptian law.

6. Intellectual property

The NAJOURÉ name, logo, wordmark, photos, videos and text are ours or used with permission. You may not copy or use them commercially without written consent.

7. Liability

Our fragrances contain alcohol and fragrance allergens. Do a patch test, keep away from eyes, flames and children, and stop use if irritation occurs. Check the ingredient list for your allergies. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price of the product you bought; we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by couriers, strikes or events beyond our control. Nothing excludes liability that Egyptian law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Please contact us first at support@najoure.com and we will try to resolve any complaint within 7 days. Unresolved disputes go to the competent courts in New Cairo, Cairo, without affecting your right to complain to the Consumer Protection Agency.
