This policy explains what personal data NAJOURÉ collects when you visit najoure.com, order our perfumes or follow us on Instagram, and what you can do about it. The Arabic version follows the English one.

1. Who we are

NAJOURÉ is an Egyptian perfume brand operated by its co-founders, Omar El Naggar and Amr Ashour, as an unincorporated business in New Cairo, Egypt. We are the data controller under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 (PDPL). Contact: support@najoure.com · +20 115 306 1098.

2. What we collect

• Order data: name, phone number, delivery address, email, order contents, payment method (cash on delivery or card).
• Payment data: card payments are processed by PayTabs. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Account and communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram (najoure.co).
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, and cookie or pixel data from najoure.com (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel).
• Marketing preferences: whether you opted in to emails, SMS or WhatsApp offers.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. We do not collect sensitive data such as health or religion.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who need it to serve you: delivery and courier companies, payment processors, our e-commerce platform Shopify, our payment processor PayTabs, analytics and advertising providers Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and our accountants. They may use your data only on our instructions. We also disclose data when a court or Egyptian authority lawfully requires it.

5. Transfers outside Egypt

Some providers store data on servers abroad. We transfer personal data outside Egypt only as the PDPL and its executive regulations allow, including any licence or permission required from the Personal Data Protection Centre, and only to providers that give comparable protection.

6. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: 5 years, as tax and commercial law require. Marketing data: until you withdraw consent. Website analytics: 14 months. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and trusted providers. No system is fully secure. If a breach likely puts your data at risk, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Centre and affected customers within the deadlines the law sets.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@najoure.com; we reply within 15 working days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Centre. To stop marketing, reply STOP or use the unsubscribe link.

9. Cookies

najoure.com uses essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). You can change your choice in the cookie banner or your browser settings.
